Lush greenery, different types of crops, large areas, machines, trees and ploughs, cattle, manual labour, wheat, sickles, harvesting(cutting the crop and removing it), threshing, and irrigation.

Rice and wheat are threshed. Water is channelled in fields. Canal irrigation is performed through lined(cemented) canals. Lined canals will not cause waterlogging

The 4 main crops grown in Pakistan are Wheat, Rice, Sugarcane, Maize (Corn)

The System of Farming consists of:

Inputs + Processes = Output

Inputs are divided into two categories, human and natural. Natural inputs consist of Rainfall, Land, Soil and Temperature. Human inputs consist of knowledge, insecticides, irrigation, fertilizers, planting seeds, and machines

Processes in Agriculture:

Ploughing, Planting seeds, Irrigation, Fertilizer Application, Harvesting, and Threshes

Wheat is known as a rabi crop. Rabi crop sows in October/November and Harvests on March/April

Rice, Sugarcane, and Cotton are known as Kharif crops and are grown in summer, sown in April/May and harvested in October/November

There are two types of farms, small-scale subsistence farms and Cash Crop farms. Cash crop farming is done on a larger scale with more Profit being made

Subsistence: Desi Seeds, Manure used as Fertilizer, Charsa/Canals used for irrigation, Wooden Ploughs and Sickles as the only machinery, and knowledge is taken from family

Cash Crop: High Yielding Variety of Seeds, Chemical fertilizers used, Tubewell canals and drip irrigation used, Tractors are used. In addition, the farm owners have a good education
