Hijrat Movement

Things were still going bad for Muslims and they were still hunted by Hindu extremists

Muslim leaders decided to move out of India and form a new Muslim state in Afghanistan

The Indian Muslims were denied entry into Afghanistan by the Afghan government

Muslims lost their land as they sold them or lost them

Many Muslims suffered because of this and many died on their way

Many felt sick and had no place to live and they became financially unstable

The Hijrat movement was a failure

The British Government did not do anything to put the Muslims in a better position
